Yesterday, we discussed how in order to be mindful, we should not replay thoughts from the past in our head.
Today’s tip is: Don’t imagine what may happen in the future. Rather, don’t daydream!
As soon as you find yourself thinking about the future, drop the thought and get back to the present moment.
Again, be reminded that we are talking about the mind wandering off without our consent.
